The School of International Education Opens a "Window to the World" for Freshmen On Orientation Day

　　On August 31, 2026, the orientation work of 2026 at Dalian Art College was in full swing. Following the university's unified deployment, the School of International Education made thorough preparations and arrangements, and successfully completed all orientation tasks.　　During orientation day, school founder and Board Chairman Wang Xianjun, President Jiang Maofa, and other college leaders visited our School of International Education's orientation site for on-site supervision and encouragement.supervision. At the same time, they had a detailed discussion with Dean Liu Xuehong about the progress of the orientation work.
　　This year, our Japanese language major exceeded its enrollment target, which fully demonstrates that the school's overseas study tours, exchange programs, and study-abroad projects have gained strong recognition from students and their parents. During the orientation consultation, many new students and their parents clearly indicated that they chose our college because of our rich and varied international exchange resources. This framework features short-term study tours to Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Italy, Hong Kong, and Macau; exchange programs in South Korea, France, Japan, and Thailand; as well as the China-Italy Talents Program. Together, these offerings fully address the diverse needs of students across different academic levels, majors, and career development plans.
　　Our faculty team remained stationed at the booth throughout the orientation, offering patient and thorough responses to the questions raised by new students and their parents — including program application requirements, curriculum design, language proficiency criteria, credit transfer policies, and overseas living support. The atmosphere at the booth was lively yet orderly, with many new students showing strong interest in participation on the spot — a clear reflection of the appeal and impact of our School's international education endeavors.　　From morning till evening, all staff members of the School of International Education remained committed at their posts, serving every new student and parent with professionalism and true devotion. The smooth operation of the orientation not only demonstrated the achievements of our endeavors but also served as a convenient gateway for the Class of 2026 to learn about overseas programs.　　A new starting point, a new journey — toward the future together.
